The officeholder would be in charge of Handling client raised Windows innovation Service solicitations, minor and significant tickets and begin investigating the reasons for the issue and give overhauls to clients and satisfy client asked for changes by means of Change Management Procedures. He will be in charge of giving quality ticket upgrades and shutting the SRQ and Minor tickets inside of SLA courses of events.
